You made your property good for dogs. Now renters can check.

Each part of the kit has a job. Follow a renter with a dog through their search and you'll see where each one does it.

    1. Scrolling

Hands scrolling an Instagram feed on a phone at a café table, next to a cup of coffee

Before a dog owner has properly started looking, they see your dog run in a Geovo post or Reel. When it fits, the same post runs on your feed too.

    2. Comparing listings

Every listing in town says pet-friendly. Yours carries a badge that opens a dated record of what we checked, and the property appears in the Geovo Verified Places registry.

The decal is on the leasing office door. One scan of the QR code opens your live record, so nobody has to take the sign's word for it.

This one works too. Scan it and you'll land on the page renters see.

    4. The leasing conversation

A leasing agent holding a clipboard, talking with a prospective renter in an empty apartment

They ask about pet rent, breed rules and where the dog goes out at night. Your team sends the verified summary, and it says the same thing the lease does.

After move-in the record stays current. If a fee or a rule changes we update it, and at twelve months you're reverified, so the status never quietly lapses.

Twenty-two things come with verified status. Some you'll use on day one, like the decal and the badge files. The findings below the tear line are for you alone, and you get them whatever the result.

Leasing, marketing, operations and ownership all work from the same record. Here's who reaches for what.

    Four steps, one decision.

You see the scope and the price before you commit. If the answer is not yet, nobody else hears about it. The full review process

    1. Step 1: Request an assessment

Tell us about the property and its pet policy.

    2. Step 2: Scope and a quote

Timing and cost, in writing. Nothing binding until you say yes.

      ↑ You commit here

    3. Step 3: The visit

Your documents and listings first, then a walk of the property.

    4. Step 4: The decision

      • Verified

Your record goes live and the kit follows.

      • Not yet

Private findings and a fix list. Nothing is published.

    Founding cohort

Be one of the first communities we assess.

We're choosing a small number of apartment and condo communities for our first assessments. Founding properties get the full review, and a say in how the Standard develops once it meets real buildings.

    Taking part doesn't guarantee verification.

    What founding properties get

    • The full Residential Standard assessment
    • Your findings report and gap analysis
    • Recommendations, in priority order
    • Eligibility for Geovo Verified status
    • Everything in the kit, if you're verified
    • A feedback session on the Standard itself

    Questions operators ask us.

If yours isn't here, ask. Anything else gets settled while we agree the scope, before you've committed to anything.

    Talk to us

It depends on the size of the property and what the visit needs to cover, so we quote each one. You get scope, timing and the price in writing before anything starts, and nothing is binding until you accept.

Nothing is published. You get the findings privately, with what fell short and what would fix it, and you can come back for assessment once those gaps are closed.

No. We look at whether what you offer is clearly disclosed, usable and kept up. A property without a dog park can qualify if residents have practical relief and exercise space and the policy is clear about it.

No. The fee pays for the assessment, not the result. Status depends on what we find, and it has to be re-earned every twelve months.

We do, and you'll see it before it goes out. You'll also know which photos and video are approved for your own use, and collab posts only happen when your team wants to publish them too.

Each property is assessed and verified on its own conditions, so there's no blanket badge for a portfolio. We can scope and schedule several at once.

You're eligible for reverification. We check current conditions against the Standard, and if you still meet it, your status carries on without a gap.

Show renters what you've built for their dogs.

Tell us about your property and we'll come back with scope, timing and a quote.
