You’re not just choosing an apartment. You’re choosing your dog’s home.

Where you live affects every walk, bathroom break, busy street, quiet corner, and late-night trip outside. Geovo helps you understand what living there with your dog is like before you sign.

They’re not just pets. They’re part of the family.

Where you live shapes your dog’s whole day: how far the first walk is, how safe the street feels, how loud the nights are, and how glad they are to come home.

    Protect their routine
The first walk and the last trip out happen every day, in the rain and in the dark. Grass nearby and a safe place to cross make both easy. See what’s around a building

Pet rent, fees and deposits add up to more than the listing shows. Know the cost and the rules before you sign, not after. Work out the cost

The question isn’t “Can my dog live here?”

It’s “Will life here work for my dog?”

    What the listing says

Most listings only give you the basics.

What you actually need to know

A Geovo profile looks past the building, at the block your dog will live on.

Only one might actually work for your dog.

That’s the difference Geovo is built to show.

What will “pet-friendly” actually cost you?

Pet rent, a one-time fee, a deposit. Listings rarely show all three in one place, so most people add them up at the lease signing. Put in what a building charges and see the year.

Not on the bill, and just as likely to end a search: breed lists, weight limits and a cap on how many pets you can have. A Geovo profile lists those next to the fees.

How to use Geovo when apartment hunting.

From the search to the lease. Tell it about your dog and it writes the list you take on the tour.

    1. Step 1: Find it, or nominate it

Look the building up. Its profile shows the block, the fees and the pet rules.

No profile isn’t a bad sign. It usually means nobody has asked yet.

    2. Step 2: Tell it about your dog

Pick anything that’s true. Each one adds to your list.

Step 3: Tour with the list

Take it with you and tick things off in person.

    3. Step 4: Check the record, then sign

Open the building’s Geovo record before you sign. It should say current, and the lease should say what the profile says.
